Just ImagAIne, operated by Matyáš Hrubý (Business ID: 19468091), provides custom AI chatbot development and maintenance services through the website justimagaine.com. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the provider and the client when ordering and providing these services.
The company creates, implements, and maintains AI chatbots tailored for websites and digital platforms, for both consumers and businesses. The specific scope is always agreed individually per project.
Clients request services via the contact form, email, or in-person meeting. The contract is formed by mutual confirmation, typically by email. Any changes to scope or price are valid only in written form.
Prices are set individually based on project scope. Payment is made by bank transfer after invoicing, usually upon completion of the service. Monthly maintenance fees cover updates and adjustments.
The provider guarantees proper functionality corresponding to the agreed specifications. In the event of a defect or malfunction, the error will be corrected free of charge during the warranty period. Report issues to mhruby@justimagaine.com.
The provider is not liable for damages arising from misuse, third-party interference, or problems on the side of hosting and integrations (OpenAI, Voiceflow, etc.). Liability is limited to direct damages up to the price of the order.
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days if work has not yet begun. After work has started, withdrawal requires payment of a proportional part of the costs corresponding to the scope of work performed.
Upon full payment, ownership of the work results transfers to the client. The provider reserves the right to list the project as a reference unless the client raises a written objection.
The processing of personal data is governed by the separate Privacy Policy in accordance with GDPR.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of the Czech Republic. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
